Graveyard Fields

Most summers we have the opportunity to pack a lunch and our bathing suits and head to Graveyard Fields for a day hike. I have a vivid memory hiking this loop trail with a three year old tired toddler on my back. I recall the expansive sky and the tall grass blowing in the wind. I remember thinking, "when are we going to get to the view?" as if these two were not enough.  I'm not sure if we made it to the lower falls that day to cool off after our hike, but if you haven't ever been, make sure you do both the loop trail and the lower falls the next time you visit Graveyard Fields.
