Boone Study Giclee Print

Grandfather Mountain is a must see spot on a visit to the charming college town of Boone, NC. A few years back, my husband and I were able to  plan a kid-free getaway here for a quick few days. I could not believe the mile high swinging bridge spanning the sky.  I remember it closed for some reason, which kept me from having to step out into the air. At the time I felt relieved, though now that I'm older and wiser, I think the view would be worth the risk. This study captures just an ounce of the true beauty that Grandfather Mountain holds. 

I love the thick brush strokes that a painting study offers. Often, studies are painted in one short studio setting, capturing the main idea of a landscape or subject. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed painting it.

This Giclee print is offered in two different size options: 8x10 paper and 11x14 paper. Each image is sized in dimensions proportional to the original piece, surrounded in a white paper border. In addition, all prints are hand signed and titled by April.
